Studio Policies

Appointment Policy:

An appointment cannot be made without a deposit, no exceptions. An in-person or video consultation may be required if the project is complex enough.

Deposit Policy:

Deposits are required to book an appointment. Your deposit is a down payment for your tattoo. Due to the time and energy that goes into booking, filing, and predesign, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or design if you change your mind. If you violate one of the policies listed below you will need to pay another deposit to make or keep any future appointments. Deposits can be paid through our online booking terminal via email or in person.

Cancellation Policy:

A one week notice is required to reschedule your appointment and keep your deposit. This is to make sure we have enough time to fill your spot as we count on our clients showing. You must make real contact with your artist or booking staff. This means via text, email, phone call, or face to face. Voicemail is only checked a few times per week so please do not cancel via voicemail, as you could risk losing your deposit. If the shop is unaware of your cancellation you will lose your deposit. If you cancel two times in a row your next appointment's deposit will be the full price of the tattoo, if you cancel that appointment you will lose your full deposit.

Late Policy:

If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling ahead of time you will be considered a no-call no-show and you will forfeit your appointment and your deposit.

Design Policy:

The artists will not send design drafts over phone or email as time for alterations has been padded into your appointment block. When you receive your drafted design the day of your appointment, you will be given an opportunity to request any adjustments or alterations.

Etiquette Policy:

We treat our team, guests and patrons with care, kindness and respect: we expect the same in return. We do not tolerate any degree of rudeness. Disrespecting a member of our team (intern, booking staff, apprentice, or artist) inside or outside the studio could result in your name being permanently black listed.
