Founded by local artist, Alexis Rosasco, Alexis opened AR Designs with the desire to serve her community in a warm, welcoming, and safe tattoo environment.

Alexis specializes in realism, surrealism, and illustrative tattoos. Her favorite things to tattoo are wildlife, pet portraits, floral pieces, insects, ornamental designs, and region specific folk art.

Emily started her apprenticeship at AR Designs in 2019 and has been growing with leaps and bounds ever since. Now a full fledged resident artist, her work is full of bright colors and whimsy charm.

Brittany began her full-time apprenticeship in September of 2021 and continues to work diligently to develop her craft. Brittany specializes in floral, mandala, black-out, script, ornamental, and American traditional tattoos.

Prior to booking we recommend checking out our resident artists and choosing the one whose style, price, and availability works best for your project. Not sure who is the best fit? Contact the studio directly and we'll be happy to assist you in matching you to an artist.
Once you are ready to book an appointment visit our online booking terminal to request an appointment or speak to one of our booking agents for assistance. Be prepared to fill out a short questionnaire describing your design. The more detailed your description is the better we will be able to assist you. (Don't forget to include reference photos!)
After your completed questionnaire is received by the studio we will assist you in securing your appointment. Be prepared to place a deposit!
Prior to your appointment please ensure that all required paperwork has been signed and submitted to the studio. To ensure you have the best experience possible during your appointment we strongly recommend staying hydrated and eating prior to your appointment. If you are suffering from any current health problems please ensure to notify your artist.
When you arrive to your appointment please ensure that you bring a valid ID. Once checked in your artist will guide you from there.
Our team has grown and we can accommodate walk-ins on most days of the week.
Please be mindful that a walk-in appointment is only considered a walk-in if you can arrive at the studio within 20 mins of calling. If you are unable to make it to the studio within a 20min time frame we request that you make an appointment and place a deposit to secure your booking.
We do not offer piercings at this time. For local, licensed piercers we recommend Crazy Chameleon in Lanesborough, MA.
